Matt and I took Parker camping for the very first time over memorial weekend! What an adventure! Our original plan was just to visit my family at their campsite for the day, but we ended up staying over night with them in their warm and cozy trailer.
Matt made several new roasting concoctions which concluded in WAY too many sweets, and a sugar high that lasted far too long, but he enjoyed himself. It was really fun to sit around the fire and enjoy the company of my family. It was especially enjoyable for me to watch my dad and Matt spend some good "father and son" time together. They are so funny, and it's really fun to watch them interact. Overall, it was a great camp out! Sure, we had a rough night with a fussy baby, but it was worth the memories we made!
