Forward-Pressing-Forward!
A blessing in disguise has come into our lives this past week. Due to the economic crisis, Fastenal (Matt's work) was cutting back a bit. Matt was a part of that. Due to such a drastic difference in Matt's wages and benefits, we have decided to leave Fastenal behind. After being really upset and angry with the company, Matt and I prayed for understanding to this trial. We have been SERIOUSLY humbled, and now are finally listening to the promptings to go back to school. We unfortunately can't BOTH go back at the same time, but we do feel strongly about Matt going back to school, and NOW! Matt was extremely fortunate enough to go up to Provo to talk to some counselors last Monday, and figure out exactly what Matt needed to do in order to get into the business school this fall. They talked to me (yeah i am typing this now, Jaydee doesn't really know all about what happened so now i am telling the story) about what i really want to go into when i grow up and told me i should take the last three prerequisites for the school of accountancy and just apply to both schools in the summer. They also were very kind to allow me to turn in a deferment form three months late and have it still count. So, in the end, a week ago we weren't even thinking about school for either of us for several months but here we are now with me in full swing in Provo. Life comes at you fast.

Eh, school's not so bad. :) I'm really happy to hear that you were able to get back into it without much administrative difficulty. Best of luck this semester!
Good luck! Things have a way of working out -- not always as planned -- but they seem to work out. Love you guys!!!
We're so happy it all fell into place for you Matt. That could've been a huge headache. The Lord sure loves you guys and is most definitely guiding your lives.
We love you like crazy.
Here's to commuting... CHEERS!
Coming from someone who has gone through the lay-off thing...it really is a blessing in disguise. I think it's a very wise thing to go back to school and finish. You will be so glad you did. I'm glad you were able to get back into BYU. It's got a great business school if that's what you decide to go into. Good luck! I'll be praying for you...I always do!
