Cambri

My sweet baby girl,

It seems like only yesterday we were driving to the hospital, on our way to welcome you into our family. From the moment I first held you, you have held a special place in my heart. You bring so much joy to your dad and I and we couldn't have asked for a more precious little girl. This past year, we have thoroughly enjoyed watching you grow, learn, and explore the world around you. You came to this world with such a loving heart and sweet spirit, and because of this, you have taught us so much more than we could imagine possible. You are such a cuddly little thing, and snuggles with you make my day so much brighter. Right now, you love to suck, rub, and hold onto the corners of your special pink blanket that Grandma Mattingly made you. You adore soft things, and are always burying your face into them with a big smile. You have a deep love for your brother. Watching you two play together fills my heart to the fullest. I hope that you and Parker will continue to be best friends as you get older.

Cambri, words can't express how special you are to your dad and I. You have such a contagious little smile and giggle. You light up any room you enter. You also know how to please a crowd! You love making funny faces, such as your stink face, which you are famous for among family and friends. You have always been such a little bug. When I look at you, I see my baby girl, but slowly you have turned into a mobile little person with such a large personality. It is so fun to watch you grow into YOU; to learn who you are, and what your likes and dislikes are. You love to snuggle, and be held. You love to play in water, jump, and climb. You have a love of books that your brother never had at your age. It is so much fun to read with you every day. You've become so observant while we read. You love to point to the pictures and jabber as if you are reading the story yourself. You also love to kiss the characters while we read. Your favorite book is Moo, Baa, La La La.   You love to sing along to the hymns in church, and you steal the attention of everyone around you. Everyone always comments on how beautiful you are, and I can't help but beam because I couldn't agree more. You are such a beautiful little girl, and one day you are going to break a lot of hearts.

I love you little Lady of mine.

Love, Mom
