4 Months

4 month stats:
weight: 15.85 pounds, 69%
Length: 26.46 inches, 92%

It's funny how time goes by SO much faster once you have a child to watch grow. Parker is already 4 months old, and growing every day. He is such a joy to Matt and I. He melts our hearts every time he looks at us with his big smile, or laughs at something that we do. He is such a good baby. I love being a mom, and being able to be home with Parker every day. I loved work, but this is SO MUCH BETTER!
We have had a lot of fun this last month. We took Parker to a concert in the park to see an LDS group called Mercy River. They are a new group, and really good. We had a great time! We took Parker to feed the ducks at Gardener Village, and swimming. We also gave Parker his very first hair cut this month!
At the concert

We have started feeding Parker rice cereal the past few weeks. He LOVES the stuff! He is growing up so fast! When Parker eats, he gets so excited that he starts shaking his arms and kicking his legs. He gets really big eyes and does this squaking/grunting noise letting me know that he wants more cereal. It's hard to explain, but it is really funny! He is a good eater too. He will eat a bowl of cereal and then want a bottle after! We are feeding him formula now because he has weened himself from me. I miss that, but it's kind of nice now that Matt can feed Parker too.
Parker has been doing some pretty funny things lately. He LOVES to cough and sneeze. I don't understand why, but he thinks it's the coolest thing. He gets this look of acheivement on his little face EVERY time he does it. He makes that same face every time we stand him up too. It's pretty cute.  He also LOVES bathtime. He has always liked it, but now he has discovered splashing. It won't be long before he starts soaking me with every bath. He loves bath time so much, he actually gets pretty upset when we take him out; not because he is cold, but because he wants to continue playing.
Parker loves watching TV. Not sure how pleased I am about this one. It's great when I need to get things done, but MAN, he really likes TV! He will just sit there and watch it for hours if I let him. He will watch a whole movie with me without falling asleep or loosing interest. I am going to have to really monitor the TV watching as he gets older.

We love that last picture of his big sweet smile! What a handsome boy. Just makes me want to kiss his little neck rolls.
Don't you find it hard sometimes to put your baby down and get stuff done? Some days I only want to kiss and tickle my boys all day long. There should be an international holiday reserved for doing no other activity than cuddling and smooching your children.

Adorable pictures. Parker's looking so much older than last time I saw him
