The Jones Family

As our adventure to Colorado draws nearer, Matt has been going to Grand Junction every weekend to get more experience. During that time, I have found myself over at my parents house more often than they probably would like, but I truly have enjoyed that time with my family before we take off for 4 months. Last weekend, while Matt was gone, my parents, brother and I went to the sportsman expo. We have gone before, together, and thought it would be fun to do it again, just like old times. Last time we went (several years ago) We got the opportunity to hold a baby bear, and so we sought out to do it again this year. We learned that they had 10 or 11 cubs this year at the show and they were all about 4 months if I remember correctly.
After we took the picture with the bear, we continued on our way through the expo. Sadly we hadn't really even taken a good look at the picture until later that evening. As my mom and I sat down, waiting for my brother and dad, we noticed my dad's expression and his hand on the bear. Notice him pinching the fur! We laughed so hard that we really began crying! I'm sure everyone around us thought that we were the craziest women they had seen that day, but it sure made great memories for us!
